🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

✅ Size Issues
✅ Wrong Product/Model Received
✅ Defective Product (Only applicable to 7A, 10A, or First Copy shoes)

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must record an unboxing video in one continuous shot (no cuts or edits), clearly showing the defect or issue from all angles (360° view).
  • Exchanges will not be accepted if the issue is related to:
    • Minor differences (e.g., stitching/thread issues)
    • Slight color shade changes (light/dark)
    • Lace or logo alignment
    • Comparisons with the original brand or promo videos

📦 Brand boxes are included but may differ slightly from promotional material. If you require a specific box or have doubts before ordering, feel free to contact our support team for clarification.

🚫 No Exchange on Budget/Lower Grades

Products in the following categories are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, including:

  • 6A quality
  • Second copy
  • Indian-made shoes

These are budget-friendly options produced at a lower cost. As a result, variations in material, finishing, and size may occur. If quality is a top priority, we recommend choosing 7A copy shoes instead.

❌ Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Please review product details and quality grades carefully before placing your order. All sales are final unless they meet our exchange conditions.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • For orders cancelled after confirmation, the ₹200 advance is non-refundable.
  • For prepaid orders, 10% of the total amount will be deducted as a processing fee upon cancellation.
